The Rod-Digital Vision is anchored on four core values &#8211; Trust, Innovation, Sustainability, and Resilience, with five strategic transformation pillars &#8211; Human Capital, Connectivity, Economy, Government, and Regulation &#8211; each representing a key area for investment and reform.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Rodrigues Regional Assembly\u2019s vision is phased across a five-year horizon; the roadmap leads to coordinated action and sustainable ICT sector growth where Rodrigues can become a strategic regional player, showcasing a digitally empowered, innovative, and inclusive island economy within the Republic.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
