Industrial Relations, Information Technology and Telecommunications. \u00a0The Division is Governed by the Employment and Training Ordinance 1963 and the Employment and Training Act 1982. The National Employment Act was enacted in 2017 which provides for the setting up of a National Employment Department to replace the Employment Service to meet the new challenges of the labour market. Thus the Employment Information centre is actually being restructured. The Employment Division deals with the registration, counselling, placement of jobseekers in employment, work permit, collection and publication of statistics on the labour market, including employment and unemployment, provision of advice on matters related to employment, unemployment and training.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
